Post Match Drinking
I'm flying over for the game this weekend and to be honest, it's been a while.

What pubs are still open around the ground for some post-match analysis and lubrication?

Used to drink in the Denmark or the Green Gates after matches, tried the Black Lion once but it smelt of sprouts and Sanatogen.

Which pubs, within half hours walk, are still open and have a decent pint and a short(ish) queue, these days?

That's a better question, that I might well ask myself.

Builders, Secret Pub, Little Driver, Black Bull will all be solid boozers. As Manor pointed out to me the other day, the Eddiie is an option but they're drains are fucked so it stinks of shit half the time.

Tramps will enjoy the wetherspoons and that other shit cheap boozer on the high street, as well of course Chav Square.

The burgeoning hipster crowd will enjoy Bar 90 and the Crate Brewery. Also the Trumans brewery do open days.
